Terms & Conditions

These terms govern how we collaborate on Unity 3D games, native Swift apps, and React Native products. Please review them before commissioning work.

1. Acceptance

By signing a proposal, statement of work, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Custom terms apply only if both parties sign them in writing.

2. Services & Scope

We provide design, engineering, and Live Ops support for mobile products. Scope, milestones, and deliverables are defined in each engagement document. Work outside that scope requires a change order.

3. Client Responsibilities

You must supply timely feedback, required brand assets, platform accounts (Apple, Google, Steam, etc.), and legal clearances. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift timelines.

4. Fees & Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise noted. Late payments may pause delivery and incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Hardware, store fees, and third-party licenses are billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the final gameplay, code, and art after invoices are paid in full. We retain rights to reusable tools, templates, and know-how developed before or outside your project.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential and to use it only for the project. We are happy to sign NDAs; confidentiality survives the end of the engagement.

7. Testing & Releases

We will deliver builds via TestFlight, Google Play testing, or similar services. You are responsible for final approval, submissions under your publisher accounts, and compliance with platform policies.

8. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed scope for 30 days after acceptance. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected milestone. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date and receive all materials produced to that point.

10. Live Ops & Support

Ongoing maintenance engagements include a defined response window and ticket cap. After the stabilization period, additional fixes or features are billed at our prevailing rates.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to work with us after changes goes into effect constitutes acceptance.
