We design Unity 3D, native iOS, and React Native products for studios worldwide. Protecting your ideas, user data, and production assets is a core part of our service.

Who We Are

WAGA Apps is a distributed team of mobile engineers and artists building games and apps in Unity 3D, Swift, and React Native. We collaborate with publishers, studios, and independent founders.

What We Collect

  • Contact details and company information submitted via email or forms.
  • Project documents, art references, gameplay specs, and technical files required to scope work.
  • Build telemetry (logs, crash reports, performance metadata) gathered during QA or live operations.
  • High-level website analytics that help us understand demand for our services.

How We Use Your Data

  • Replying to inquiries, preparing proposals, and defining sprint plans.
  • Developing, testing, and shipping the Unity/Swift/React Native builds you request.
  • Maintaining Live Ops contracts, deploying updates, and monitoring stability.
  • Meeting legal requirements, preventing fraud, and improving our internal processes.

Sharing & Retention

We do not sell your information. Data is shared only with infrastructure partners—such as Apple TestFlight, Google Play Console, crash reporting, or analytics providers—when necessary to deliver your build. Assets are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period, or deleted sooner on request.

Security Practices

Repositories and build artifacts are stored in version-controlled systems with role-based access. Production credentials remain in your possession or are vaulted using encrypted secrets managers. Access is revoked immediately when contractors roll off a project.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at any time. Removing essential source assets may limit our ability to support existing titles; we will advise you of any impact and respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

Some deliverables integrate third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, multiplayer, payments). We will highlight their privacy policies during planning so you can secure the required consents from your players or customers.
